Hurricane Ian Relief

Hurricane Ian was a large, deadly and destructive Category 4 Atlantic hurricane that caused widespread damage across Southwest Florida, including the Naples and the Fort Myers areas. It was the 5th strongest hurricane on record to make landfall in the United States; destroying vital infrastructure and leaving millions without power.

To help with recovery efforts for our Florida neighbors, Chetu matched dollar-for-dollar all monetary donations received from its employees and collected relief items to donate to the Global Empowerment Mission, a Miami-based disaster relief nonprofit dedicated to restoring hope and opportunity in the lives of those most affected by natural disasters.

In addition to all monetary donations, Chetu donated $5 for every relief item collected to support the Information Technology Disaster Resource Center (ITDRC). This amazing non-profit group deploys volunteer IT specialists to disaster areas to help re-secure IT infrastructures for first responders and disaster victims. We are honored to help them and our neighbors in all the recovery efforts.
