In honor of Earth Day, Chetu Team Members recently volunteered to clean up and plant trees at Markham Park’s Butterfly Garden, an event hosted by the Chetu Foundation — the non-profit entity of global digital intelligence and software solutions provider Chetu — for the second consecutive year.
“The Chetu Foundation believes in beautifying and making our world better,” said Shaili Bansal, the Foundation’s Executive Director. “We are thrilled that our Team Members support such a wonderful cause at our hometown park.”
Juliet Munoz, Park Naturalist at Markham Park, guided the Chetu Team Members during the two-hour event.
“The Chetu group did an amazing job helping weed and garden the Markham Park Butterfly Garden,” she said. “The volunteers also planted two Dahoon Holly trees in the garden to help attract pollinators to the garden. Thank you so much to the Chetu volunteers, and I hope to work with them again soon.”
